These Terms govern your use of RenewalPilot (renewalpilot.app, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
RenewalPilot is a reminder and tracking tool for professional licenses and continuing-education (CE) hours. You enter the license details and deadlines that matter to you, and we send email reminders on the schedule described on our pricing page.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.
We send reminder emails on a best-effort basis. We can't guarantee delivery — spam filters, incorrect email addresses, provider outages, and similar issues are outside our control. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee, and should not be your only safeguard against a missed deadline.
Don't use the Service to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that reminders will always be timely, accurate, or delivered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenewalPilot and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a lapsed license, missed CE deadline, lost income, or regulatory penalty — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
